One thing I noticed here in the US is how easy it is for toys to accumulate. Toys are easy to give and easy to collect. However, kids do get tired of their toys, and outgrow them. It’s easier to throw them out, but then what happens to these toys? They end up in landfills.
Even broken toys can be spruced up and fixed. Teach your kids to start or join a toy library. That way, they learn the value of sharing and giving, while at the same time, reducing environmental waste.
