I saw a television commercial last night for Green Works, a new line of cleaning products from Clorox. The products are purported to be 99% natural. They even list its ingredients on the label. The Sierra Club even allowed Clorox to use their logo on the Green Works products. Treehugger says that while it is not perfect, it is still probably a better alternative. This blog recommends that when looking for green cleaning products, use the following standards:
* Biodegradable
* Formulated without dye
* Nonflammable
* Contain no ammonia, acids, alkalis, solvents, phosphates, chlorine, nitrates, borates, or volatile organic compounds.
