Oh, no need to look horrified. Compost Cookies are the brainchild of Momofuku Milk Bar, a New York bakery. These cookies are made with potato chips, used coffee grounds, pretzels, and, oh, a whole bunch of probably whatever you want to use. Apparently, people are going crazy over them, though I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to make them. So how can these be eco-friendly? When you make them for leftovers.
